I opened https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/combochart in Safari 5.1.7 which I downloaded today. The graphs are not shown. I installed Safari on a Window 7 computer. When I run the following code to detect if SVG is installed the function returns true: function supportsSvg() { var supportsSVG = false; try{ var svg = document.createElementNS("http://www.w3.org/2000/svg";,'svg'); supportsSVG = typeof svg.createSVGPoint == 'function'; }catch(e){} return supportsSVG; }
