The range selectors in the Annotation Chart work beautifully with a pointing device such as a mouse.
They do not work in a browser on a mobile device (I have tested Android 6.X or Android 7.X) using touch or a stylus (tried with GalaxyNote 5) and Chrome. Similarly with a laptop computer with touchscreen, the mouse works fine, but I cannot move the display range selectors with touch.
