The MotionChart is mostly dying because it uses flash.  But it is still
available, I believe, and it works if your browser can display flash.

However, I've been working on a replacement for the Motion Chart for a
while.  It is not very difficult to just use other charts with animation,
though controlling the animation automatically (e.g. play mode) requires a
new kind of control.   Supporting all the MotionChart options is more work,
but if you only need a particular subset, it might not be hard to for you
to set it up using charts in a dashboard.
