Its not a single edge case. I am plotting rainfall, which is often zero.
Many graphs would show zero values.
On my graph, when the rainfall is zero, it shows vertical axes of -1.0 to
1.0, which looks pretty silly. So vAxis: { viewWindow: { min: 0 } } just
doesn't work.
