Hi Tushar,

For the current Developer Preview, we're only able to run robots
within Google App Engine...and only after being deployed live on that
system, so we're unable to test bots locally on development machine.

It's been stated that part of the plans for the upcoming v.0.2 of the
robot wire protocol are to support other platforms, so you could run
robots from any server on the Internet (i.e. think of the web hooks
model to specify remote callbacks to handle Wace events).

This is all coming soon with the public beta on September 30, we hope.   :)
