After migration and installation of new Python Robot API (wave-robot-
api-20090916), unicode characters cause problem.
A simple echo on blip submitted(*) demonstrates this problem:
the killed accents => the killed accents
les accents tués => les accents tu��s
In Robot Log:
Ingoing: les accents tu��s
Outgoing log: les accents tu\ufffd\ufffds
