I have no idea what this wave contained: Was it in some way offensive? SPAM? Commercial advertising? Inappropriately addressed? Inappropriate? I am not sure what your compliant was with receiving this Wave. It almost seems like you don't like to receive messages from unknown people, which seems strange when you posted this to a public email forum.
