Hi Smola, I had issues with my changes not seeming to be applied to the webapp until I noticed that in the appspot dashboard you can set which version of your app is "active". When you deploy the first version, it is set active, but for subsequent versions, it seems that one needs to change the version manually in order to use the new code.
