I just tried opening my main account and test account with Chrome in two separate windows on the same computer and started a new wave. I added the other contact and I was able to carry on a wave dialogue. Therefore, my previous post mentioning the potential need for two separate computers or IP address is wrong. Sorry for speaking up too soon before testing this further.
