Hi,
One of my robots has a reoccuring problem when added to waves with non-ascii
characters in it:
(from appengine logs:)
'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe1' in position 12: ordinal
not in range(128)

And a relevant note:
The main wave-robot-python-client
<http://code.google.com/p/wave-robot-python-client/> project doesn't
interface the "Issues" tab -had to go to the URL directly. Are there
any specific reasons why we shouldn't submit issues directly to the
project page?
