Hi Pamela, I got an invitation to Google Wave Developer Sandbox account and I also submitted the form 1 week ago (2 times already) but I haven't received anything yet. My friend only needs 1 day for his sandbox accounts to be arrival after submitting the form. So, I think my submission is stuck in somewhere in the Google data center ;-)
I've just finished my gadget and now I really need those sandbox accounts for doing test. Could you please check whether my sandbox accounts/passwords are on the sending queue or not?
