I am fairly sure this does not exist, but I thought I'd check: is there an annotation that can generate a mouseover tooltip? It's a pretty common/basic web feature, and I, at least, have a couple uses I could put it to.
If there isn't one, I'd sure like one. On a related note, where can I find out what XHTML is "whitelisted?" It will be handy when I'm working with markup in blips.
