Dear Pamela & robot developers,

Further investigation unveils the root cause of the bug: if an embedded
image in the wave has no description (filename? the editable text under the
picture) set, the robot fails to receive any notification whatsoever
originating from that wave.

Steps to reproduce:
1, take any robot with some minimal feedback mechanism (I'll pick
wavevotely)
2, create a new wave, set some text in it
3, add the robot. Note, that at this point, feedback (and event receiving)
is happening (everything's shiny). Remove the robot (along with gadget)
5, add a new image to the wave. Add the robot again. Note, that feedback is
still happening. Remove robot.
6, Remove the image's description text directly below the image. Add robot.

Expected result: Robot notification occurring, and robot is responding.
Observed result: No robot notification neither for robot addition, nor for
any further events involving the wave.

Tested with 3 different robots (wavevotely, wavearchive, and wavenotif).
Result is indifferent to robot ID.

Current workaround: add/leave at least some minimal text with the image
(this isn't very elegant from a wave-design perspective).

A bug has been filed here (affected developers might want to star it):

Looking forward for a real fix,
-SDr
