Like Venkat Polisetti says you can use gadget inside waves. There isn't currently a way to extend the client itself. If that were possible, it would have to be on an account basics. I don't think they are going to allow robots to add things to the client.
A the moment there are a number of entities that are the same and gadget are elsewhere except the state can be shared with all the participants. Robots are like participants in the wave and respond to user events.
