Hi Tommy, I've created something similar, it is still in beta but it is working:
this robot search pictures on flickr and add them to the blip.( I will prepare one for picassa :P) Ex: two users can chat on wave, and when one of them is typing find:red:flowers then the robot, will add at the end of that blip first 5 pictures that it finds on flickr.
