Thanks, SDr, we're looking into short/long-term solutions for it.

I understand the user help forum may be overwhelming, and the desire
to post to this smaller noise group. Let me suggest the following:
1) Post to Wave user forum first.
2) If it is a bug/security issue that you feel must be addressed,
email [email protected] with a link to the forum
post.
I think that's the best way to use the user help forum, but elevate
issues when needed to rise above the noise.
