Robots do not fire events for themselves. If a Robot submits a blip,
it will not receive a BLIP_SUBMITTED event about it. If a Robot
creates a new wave, it should not receive a WAVELET_SELF_ADDED or
WAVELET_BLIP_CREATED event either.
