The two pubic wave that I have sent you are "help" waves where you
will find answers to most of the questions you may have at this
moment.
Also one of the embedded waves (the first link, the second wave) will
help you to embed your own waves if you want.

p.s.: The wave system has no "add me" button. In the wave environment
you can add your self by editing the wave or by adding your self as
you would do with any other user. In embedded waves, you will be added
only by editing the wave, so just insert a blip an that will do the
job (as a best practice, if  you don't have anything to write in
there, please delete the blip again afterwards).
