Hi Aminits - That isn't possible now. If it was, it would probably be something like a sticky blip, and the user could pin that blip. The user could fake that now by loading the gadget in one wave, loading the other wave, and splitting the screen so that the gadget wave is always visible. This may not work for your use case, however.
