I have noticed that if a robot adds another robot to the wave self added event doesn`t fire.To solve this problem we had to do do entire processing of self added throygh blip submission event.Also at first time off deployment events do not fire .Then i had to remove the robot and when same robot is added it starts to respond to all the events.
