No, I don't think so, and unlikely.

However, the waveid:// scheme specifier you see in wave links is an interim
measure while we sort out our specs for waverefs, wave URIs and links.
However, we *do* have visions of using wave:// for all that you say when we
do settle on a standard. That discussion will most likely happen over in the
Wave Protocol community (http://www.waveprotocol.org/,
http://groups.google.com/group/wave-protocol/) and of course be reflected in
the APIs after that.
