Isaac,
Could you review this patch? It re-jiggers the ant tasks to make
build-demos a bit more efficient, because after I moved the other demos in,
the task was taking a while.
At some point, we might think about making the build/build test tasks
themselves have guards to build only once, however that should probably be
done as a group (including the testing tests), so I opted for the easier
solution here while trying to prep the public jar.
