It's tricky. Both of them rely on Google Accounts. The upshot is that you need two separate Google identities, one for each email address. For example, I have a public Google Account for "[email protected]", which I use on Google Code Project Hosting, etc. I also have a private @gmail.comaddress I use for personal stuff. The tricky thing is you can't sign into more than one account at the same time in the same browser. So I keep Firefox running for personal stuff, and use Chrome for work stuff.
