Yes, that's what I was hoping. However, my mileage did vary in that the GPE
did not "work" unless I had the RC1 version also installed. The plugin
simply did not load (no icons, no Google settings in Window > Preferences)
unless RC1 was also in dropins. The RC2 plugin version showed as installed
w/ both RC1 and RC2. Too, when both versions were installed, the RC1 plugin
seemed to dominate (RC2 compiler complaint about the erroneous -style (?)
switch sent by the RC1 GPE), even though installed software showed the RC2
version.

A quick scan of the Eclipse startup log showed the RC2 plugin signature. I
didn't see any load errors, but I'm not an Eclipse expert.

Rather than futzing with what seemed to be p2 weirdness, I opted to install
the RC2 plugin via the method outlined below.
