I think the "multiple PathPrefix'es have the same path" algorithm is unnecessarily complicated. Can anyone think of a scenario in which you wouldn't just want union? That is, if you have an entry-point module A that inherits B and C, which somewhere behind them have a path prefix overlap, wouldn't you always want everything that B or C depended on?
