Did you do a search for 'href'? There are also:
* the 'src's (Frame, Input, Image, IFrame, Script, Source, Video/Audio) and
* <form action="">,
* <object data="">,
* <frame longdesc="">,
* <ins cite=""> and <del cite=""> (ModElement),
* <q cite=""> and <blockquote cite=""> (QuoteElement).
Also, I'm not a fan of the setSafeXxx naming, I think I'd prefer overloads;
but it's true that we already have setInnerSafeHtml so…
