Change subject: Use correct return types for createFooInputBuilder()
methods in HtmlBuilderFactory. Also adjust the return types of affected
methods in HtmlBuilderImpl.

As this is a API change, you have to add entries in
tools/api-checker/config/gwt25_26userApi.conf
Lines have to be added at the end of the file, in the form:
com.google.gwt.dom.builder.shared.HtmlBuilderFactory::createButtonInputBuilder()
OVERRIDABLE_METHOD_RETURN_TYPE_CHANGE
