If you still support IE6 / 7 you have to manually re-enable these permutations in GWT 2.6.1. They are disabled by default (= deprecated) because GWT 2.7 won't support IE 6/7 anymore. GWT 2.6.x has also introduced a IE 10 permutation with no fallback value.
