The handler is meant to be used with GWT.setUncaughtExceptionHandler(), so 
for exceptions you have not caught and logged yourself. For testing purpose 
you can do 

new SuperDevModeUncaughtExceptionHandler().onUncaughtException(new 
RuntimeException("test"));
