Yup, sorry I left out that step. Checkout the http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/tools and set GWT_TOOLS to the directory where you place it. GWT_HOME should point to an unpacked distribution of gwt-1.5.1 (1.5 RC2).
