Hi all,
Does anyone know how to use blast API with gwt? Basically i want
to automate the process of putting sequences into the textfield, hit
enter and get the results. Here is the blast page:
http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi?PAGE=Proteins&PROGRAM=blastp&BLAST_PROGRAMS=blastp&PAGE_TYPE=BlastSearch&SHOW_DEFAULTS=on
