Deleting a file from src folder does not remove it from the www folder. Deleted src html files are regenerated in www folder. Deleted src html files are removed only by deleting contents of bin folder.
Details: I have a gwt project Darfur which I created thro Eclipse. Under Darfur we have the usual folders: src, bin, www, and others. I place the web structure under Darfur/src/darfur/public/conflict containing the files a.html, b.html, c.html I have my gwt java source files in the usual Darfur/src/darfur/client/ ui. I ran the project on gwt shell and I liked what I see. I clicked compile/browse to see it on firefox. I decided I did not like a.html. I exited the gwt shell. I removed a.html and created d.html in its stead. I restarted gwt shell and recompiled by clicking browse/compile. To my surprise, I could still see a.html. I deleted the contents of www folder and recompiled. a.html was still regenerated. Hmmm.. I decided to delete the contents of bin folder. I recompiled. Finally a.html was removed. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
