My company is looking at GWT for use in new web apps, but they're
picky about having support available for their technology.

That means that they want a contract with the company, so they can
request tech support if they get stuck on something (not an issue with
GWT that I've seen so far...)

Does Google provide support contracts if desired, or contract through
a partner company for this?  Consultants to help us if we needed it?

This seems silly, but the suits like to feel like they've got support
if it's needed.
