Hi,

Jetty supports continuations, but in order to do this we need to add a
source file inside GWT then recompile the project.

Is it possible to just add this one source file to GWT (Jetty provides
it, it's an implementation of RemoteServiceServlet.java "without the
final methods and a protected method for extending exception
handling") in the actual distribution? It seems like a small change,
if we want to leverage Jetty continuations, we need to recompile the
whole GWT project. Here is Jetty's explanation:

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Do people just use Tomcat
instead?

Thanks,
Mark
