I make extensive use of DeferredCommand, IncrementalCommand, and  
Animation, All of which use Timer by extension. and they all work  
flawlessly on every supported platform (including IE).

So, unless you have some specific example that demonstrates your  
perceived failure of Timer on IE, you are unlikely to get a helpful  
response.
