I'm running GWT on a MAC and get the following error message when I
create a top-level VERTICAL MenuBar.
"The development shell servlet received a request for .......cache.png
in module com.xxx.Application.gwt.xml"
I'm using code from the MenuBar example included with the MenuBar
javadoc; changing one line (see below) to make the top-level menubar
be vertical instead of horizontal.
