Hi Minh,
You can certainly create a GWT project without using the applicationCreator
or projectCreator scripts from command line. It really depends on how you
want to setup and work on your project.

I would recommend checking out the docs on GWT project structure. That
should give you the details you need to setup your project from scratch if
you would prefer that over the utility scripts.
