...so... The jsp produces HTML and doesn't work properly, but if you use the generated HTML, then it does, right?
Looking at the demo (which I didn't before...) it seems that the only missing things are the right and bottom border and the corners. And the text-box is grey. That would suggest that the browser isn't displaying them properly (and not that the images are missing because the left and right borders are in the same png as are the top and bottom) What browser is hosted mode running? Does it work when compiled? Does CTRL+F5 make a difference?
