..well I hope this isn't considered spam.... I hate flash, oh yes, its the only web tool I can use but really I hate viewing pages in flash, I much prefer something that ends in htm. I also hate menu bars and solid boxes.. with flash I have all the freedom I want, what I want to know is can I do some fancy stuff with html or something like that I don't know what php is or anything but I must have a website that will work for anybody and load without any add-ons needed.
I use a Labs add-on inside Gmail that allows me to drag and drop the menu boxes on the left of my GMail account, that is flexible I thought. I would like to have a webpage with draws at the top which can be pulled and dragged down to reveal things inside them, programs - can I do this with AJAX, do I need AJAX for this? One thing I wanted would be in 3D, sort of, a circular disc at the centre of the page - like an LP record and it would rotate programs toward and away from the user as they rotated the disc with a swipe or buttons. Can I do this without flash and without some kind of extra download like flash? Thanks. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
