Once upon a time I had an earlier version of gwt-maps, and somehow I
got HelloMaps working just fine in Eclipse, and even managed to create
a couple of map projects successfully.

Since that time gwt-maps has changed radically, and I have run into a
problem on a project where the driving directions polyline doesn't
show! I figured I would try to regain my bearings by playing with
HelloMaps, and discovered that this earlier version is very much
broken.

After MUCH searching I can't find any instructions on installing
HelloMaps on Eclipse. I have tried to just "wing it", trying
different things (projectCreator, all that stuff), but each time I
try, there's always something I miss the boat on. Anybody have the
proper steps to install HelloMaps on Eclipse such that all the host
html files, xml files, launch files, etc are all in harmony?

John
