Hi. Thanks for this additional info. In my haste, I had thought of the marketing part (getting the app known by having it findable in the AppStore) and bundled that into my 'making money' part. Anyway, I'm glad that you didn't take my 'knee jerk' reaction personally. I've found the other comments fascinating as I've thought about what it does/would take to market a GWT-based app compared to a natice app. (And not just for iPhone but for other mobile platforms for which 'marketplaces' like the AppStore are becoming part of the expected ecosystem.
