Hi, I used eatj.com some time ago, you get an address similar to s43.eatj.comafter sign up. It is "free", that means that you have to restart your server every x hours (did not remember how many), as far as I know is the only free service supporting Java. If you go the Python way you can use Google App Engine. :)
