Yes, I suspect it's introduced by that features _implementation_ not
by design. Most likely when the filter merges together folder trees it
doesn't take into account correct precedence order.

Order in classpath is irrelevant in this case. You can see it for
yourself by downloading the attachment from the bug report I just
