Hello Michal, The framework you're proposing certainly sounds intriguing, and I'm glad you're considering to release it as an open source project on Google Code.
There do indeed exist a number of widely used and company specific frameworks that companies use internally, but having other frameworks that are proficient in areas where others lack is never a bad thing. I would strongly encourage you to publish your project on Google Code if it's at the point of functional samples / application development. Nothing generates interest in an open source project quite like actually being able to use it, so you're likely to get a lot more community response once you post it up. Adhering to conventions and adding fuller documentation are things that can all come later once you get an idea of how much community interest there is in the project.
