I've never seen that problem (or a question about it) before. Matt's idea is
a good one, especially if something stops working or doesn't pick up a new
version - as is cleaning the project if you are using Eclipse.
Somehow it sounds more serious than that. The obvious answer is to track it
down by cutting out great chunks of you app until it behaves and then
looking more closely at the last bit you took out.
