Hi Perhaps you created the project with the applicationcreator and projectcreator for Eclipse. These would have generated some script files (compile, launch, shell). When you subsequently move the libraries around, these script files would need to be updated as well.).
I don't know about the Mozilla install problem. It seems to me that, with all respect, you are creating problems for yourself. Why not start from scratch and put the folders where you want them to begin with?
