Hi, I got this problem fixed.. :-) I started using gwt with IE6 and later upgraded to IE7. Till then it was working fine. 3 days back I uninstalled IE7 and this problem started. Today I installed IE7 again to check this and now its working fine... :-) I dont know the reason...
Please let me know if you could able to infer the root cause. Thanks Kevin and Ian for your support. This discussion was worth and I learnt few internals of GWT and Tomcat from your suggestions.
