You might have better luck finding developers who are familiar with the
GWT4NB plug-in on the official plug-in discussion group (link below):

I've linked to a particular thread on the discussion group that might be
related to the issue you're experiencing. It also includes a link to gwt4nb
issue #39 which might have something to do with what you've experienced
trying to start up hosted mode.
