HI. I've raised http://code.google.com/p/google-web-toolkit/issues/detail?id=3262 which records that RichTextAreaImplMozilla overrides the setBackColor(), as it uses 'HiliteColor', not 'BackColor' command, but it does not overrides getBackColor() with the same logic, making it impossible to query it.
