It's not a "container", it's an embedded server. No one specifically *wants* to be coupled so closely to that particular version, it just happens that Jetty doesn't provide backwards compatibility (for semver lovers, note that they bumped the major version a couple times). …and until quite recently, we couldn't update it because HtmlUnit (used in GWTTestCase) depends on Jetty too (I think I already said it before in this thread) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GWT Users" group.
